the becoming + belonging
The becoming--A journey that sometimes feels exposing and is steered by identity. The belonging--A sense that might feel void, but actually resides with awareness + alignment. To become and to belong. One a process, and one a security that every woman both navigates and longs for. We all seek to find. If our seeking comes from a place of undiscovered daughter-ship, then we are simply misguided. To recognize that we are daughters and Jesus’ royal ones, is to align with HIS security, that both defines and leads us. This is the moment in which we encounter a beautiful settling. A release of striving in exchange for rested assurance. We must allow our inherited identity as daughters be the very thing that rebukes comparison, insignificance, and insecurity. What leads us will either steal from our identity, or REVEAL our identity. Beautiful one--your place as a daughter reveals His Fatherhood, but may you hone your awareness to the fact that HIS place as a faithful Father reveals YOUR belonging.
“We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil, we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
